BlueDefense builds incident-response software and the services around it. Resolvo runs the process a team defines. Unblock carries messages when the network does not. The consultancy exists for the part that is easier with someone who has done it before.
Founded in 2022 in Berlin, and still small
BlueDefense was founded in 2022 and is based in Berlin. It is a small team, and it is stated that way on purpose: the work is done by the people you speak to, not handed to a delivery department.
The work started with NIS2 readiness for German companies and grew into the question underneath it. Most teams do not fail an incident because they lack a tool. They fail because the response depends on who is on call. Resolvo is the answer to that question, and Unblock is the answer to a different one: how to keep communicating when the network is the first thing to go.

Say what is true
No invented customers, no borrowed statistics, no certifications we do not hold. Where something is unproven, the page says so.

Ship the whole thing
A process that stops at the document is not a process. The tools and the help around them are built to be used during an incident, not filed after one.

The person who designs your process is reachable when it runs. There is no layer between the work and the people who do it.
